In a statement of the Security Council, its members “condemned in the strongest possible terms the heinous and cowardly terrorist attack at a concert hall in Krasnogorsk”.

The White House said it stands “with the victims of this terrible attack.”

The French president, Emmanuel Macron, “firmly condemns the terrorist attack”, according to the Elysée Palace.
